Total Cost. To the extent the Ceiling Price of this Subcontract is fully funded, it is estimated that the total cost to the Buyer for the performance of this subcontract shall not exceed the ceiling price. The Seller agrees to use its best efforts to perform the work within the ceiling price. If at any time the Seller has reason to believe that the total price to the Buyer will be substantially greater or less than the ceiling price, the Seller shall immediately notify the Buyer in writing and provide a revised estimate for performing the work.
