Common use of Total Condemnation Clause in Contracts

Total Condemnation. In the event that the Leased Premises or such part of the Leased Premises as will render the remainder untenantable, shall be appropriated or taken under the power of eminent domain by any public or quasi-public authority, this Lease shall terminate and expire as of the date of taking.

Total Condemnation. In If the event that the Leased Premises or such part whole of the Leased Premises as will render the remainder untenantable, shall be appropriated or taken under the power of eminent domain by any public or quasi-public authorityauthority under the power of eminent domain, condemnation or expropriation or in the event of a conveyance in lieu thereof, then this Lease shall terminate and expire as of the date on which possession of takingthe Leased Premises is required to be surrendered to the condemning authority.

In the event that the Leased Premises or such part of the Leased Premises as will render the remainder untenantableuntenantable or unsuitable for Tenant’s use, shall be appropriated or taken under the power of eminent domain by any public or quasi-public authority, this Lease shall terminate and expire as of the date of taking.

Total Condemnation. In the event that the Leased Premises entire Premises, or such part of the Leased Premises as will render the remainder untenantable, untenantable shall be appropriated or taken under the power of eminent domain by any public or quasi-public authority, this Lease shall terminate and expire as of the date of taking.
