Total Condemnation. If the whole of the Project or the Premises shall be taken by condemnation or in any other manner for any public or quasi-public use or purpose, (including a sale under threat of condemnation) this Lease shall terminate as of the date of vesting of title on such taking (the “Date of Taking”), and the Base Rent and Additional Rent shall be prorated and adjusted as of the Date of Taking.
