Common use of Total Commitment Clause in Contracts

Total Commitment. The aggregate principal amount of all Loans made by the Lenders and outstanding at any one time shall not exceed $125,000,000, subject to reductions by Borrower to a lower amount pursuant to Section 2.2.2 (as so reduced from time to time, the “Total Commitment”).

Total Commitment. The aggregate principal amount of all Loans made by the Lenders and outstanding at any one time shall not exceed $125,000,000300,000,000, subject to reductions by Borrower to a lower amount pursuant to Section 2.2.2 (as so reduced from time to time, the “"Total Commitment”").
