Top Seniority. The President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and Grievance Committee of the Association shall have top Bargaining Unit seniority for layoff and recall purposes only, provided they have the ability to satisfactorily perform the work of the position. Association Representatives shall have top seniority in the jurisdictional districts they represent, provided they have the ability to satisfactorily perform the work of the position. Upon the expiration of their Association terms of office, the above Association officials shall revert to a position on the seniority list on the basis of their Bargaining Unit seniority.
