TOOL/VEHICLE INSPECTION. Company provided tools, equipment and vehicles will be formally inspected by each employee’s direct supervisor along with one designated Union representative. Recommendations will be noted in writing to the HUMAN RESOURCES Department. The number of inspections will be determined as needed but will occur at least annually.

  • Vehicle Inspection All State agencies must have a formal vehicle inspection program for State vehicles to assure that vehicles are clean, properly equipped, maintained, and in good repair. Each program must provide:

  • Equipment Testing and Inspection 2.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall test and inspect its Small Generating Facility and Interconnection Facilities prior to interconnection. The Interconnection Customer shall notify the NYISO and the Connecting Transmission Owner of such activities no fewer than five Business Days (or as may be agreed to by the Parties) prior to such testing and inspection. Testing and inspection shall occur on a Business Day. The Connecting Transmission Owner may, at its own expense, send qualified personnel to the Small Generating Facility site to inspect the interconnection and observe the testing. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner a written test report when such testing and inspection is completed. The Small Generating Facility may not commence parallel operations if the NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, finds that the Small Generating Facility has not been installed as agreed upon or may not be operated in a safe and reliable manner.

  • Final Inspection The Contractor shall complete the list of items identified on the Pre-Final Punchlist prior to requesting a Final Inspection. Unless otherwise specified, or otherwise agreed in writing by the parties as documented on the Certificate of Substantial Completion, the Contractor shall complete and/or correct all Work within thirty (30) days of the Substantial Completion date. Upon completion of the Pre-Final Punchlist work, the Contractor shall give written notice to the ODR and A/E that the Work will be ready for Final Inspection on a specific date. The Contractor shall accompany this notice with a copy of the updated Pre-Final Punchlist indicating resolution of all items. On the date specified or as soon thereafter as is practicable, the ODR, A/E and the Contractor will inspect the Work. The A/E will submit to the Contractor a Final Punchlist of open items that the inspection team requires corrected or completed before final acceptance of the Work.

  • Maintenance and Inspection Consultant shall maintain complete and accurate records with respect to all costs and expenses incurred under this Agreement. All such records shall be clearly identifiable. Consultant shall allow a representative of City during normal business hours to examine, audit, and make transcripts or copies of such records and any other documents created pursuant to this Agreement. Consultant shall allow inspection of all work, data, documents, proceedings, and activities related to the Agreement for a period of three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Agreement.

  • Records Inspection Toshiba and SanDisk shall keep complete, true and accurate books of account and records on its own behalf and on behalf of the Toshiba and SanDisk Affiliates for the purpose of determining the CDP Product Fee amounts, Non-CDP Product Fee amounts, and any amounts payable by Toshiba or SanDisk as applicable pursuant to Section 5.10, under this Agreement. Such books and records shall be kept at Toshiba and SanDisk for at least [*] years following the end of the calendar quarter to which they pertain. Such records will be open for inspection during such [*] year period by an independent auditor who is reasonably acceptable to the parties and agrees to be bound to confidentiality protections of similar scope to those set out in Section 8 hereof, solely for the purpose of verifying statements related to amounts payable hereunder. Such auditor shall be instructed to report only as to whether there is a discrepancy, and if so, the amount of such discrepancy. Each party agrees to hold in confidence pursuant to Section 8 all information concerning payments and associated reports, and all information learned in the course of any audit or inspection, except to the extent necessary for that party to reveal such information in order to enforce its rights under this Agreement or if disclosure is required by law.
