Tool Boxes. Employees will be reimbursed for damaged or stolen tool boxes to a maximum value of three thousand dollars ($3,000.00). Employees who suffer a layoff from a Facility outside of their permanent residence will be eligible, once in a fifty two (52) week period, to have their tools boxes shipped to their home address at the Employer’s expense, to a maximum of $750.

Tool Boxes. (1) The Parties agree that the Tool Boxes as specified in the Contract, Annex I shall be developed not only for the benefit of the Consortium but also for the benefit of the research community. Therefore, the Parties shall use reasonable efforts to make the Tool Boxes available via GPL (see the license specifications at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/licenses/gpl.html). In cases where licensing under the GPL is not possible, the Steering Committee will decide how the Tool Boxes shall be marketed and commercially exploited with regard to third Parties.
Tool Boxes. The Company requires that all machinists and trainees provide their own basic tool kit . The Company reserves the right to inspect tool boxes at any time (provided the owner or in his/her absence an Association Committee Member is present) during employment or on termination of employment .   • User Accounts End User shall ensure that only Authorized Users can access the Services. User accounts may not be shared among individuals or used to provide access to the Services to individuals who are not the individual associated with the corresponding user account.

  • Safe Equipment The City shall furnish and maintain in the best possible working condition, within the limits of its financial capability, the necessary tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment required for members to safely carry out their duties. Members are responsible for reporting unsafe conditions or practices, for avoiding negligence, and for properly using and caring for tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment provided by the City.

  • Vehicles and Equipment Consultant will furnish all vehicles, equipment, tools, and materials used to provide the Services required by this Agreement. Client will not require Consultant to rent or purchase any equipment, product, or service as a condition of entering into this Agreement.
