Tool Box Meetings. 2.3.1 A calendar of monthly paid tool box meetings will be drafted by the consultative committee. The express purpose of these meetings will be to facilitate and xxxxxx communication and consultation between the workforce and the parties to this agreement. Items to be discussed at each meeting may include: programming of site work, site issues, Workplace Health and Safety, job design, productivity issues, management policies, agreement compliance, wages and conditions, compliance with statutory obligations, any other issue raised by a party to this agreement. Notice of the meeting will be given at least a week prior to the scheduled date, and all parties to this agreement will be invited to attend each meeting. The meetings provided for in this clause 2.3 will be held on the Companys premises only and attendance at the tool box meetings will be subject to the right of entry provisions of the Workplace Relations Act 1996.
Tool Box Meetings. In recognition of the importance of good communication between the company and its employees, employees covered by this agreement will make themselves available at their worksite for up to one lunch time per month for the purposes of company initiated briefings. Such briefings will, without limitation, cover issues such as safety and health, company policy, and business/operational performance.
