Tobacco Products. Possession or use of tobacco products/e-cigarettes, vapes while in school buildings, on school premises, on school buses, or at school- sanctioned events shall be handled according to the number of offenses. If the school has reason to suspect the contents of a vaping device has an illegal substance contained therein, the school must follow the guidelines set forth for suspicion of drug possession.
