To You. All communications from the Company to you relating to this Agreement must be sent to you in writing, by registered or certified mail, or delivered personally, addressed as indicated at the end of this Agreement.

If you sign up for electronic statements, notice may be provided by email. If there is more than one person on the Account, notice to any one of you constitutes notice to all of you.

Except as otherwise set forth herein, notices made by TDI&P to you under this XXXX will be provided to you via the email address provided by you to TDI&P in the registration process you followed when you acquired the SOFTWARE PRODUCT(S) or in any updated email address you provide TDI&P.
