Common use of To the Settlement Administrator Clause in Contracts

To the Settlement Administrator. The Settlement Administrator will pay to itself out of the Maximum Settlement Amount its reasonable fees and expenses as approved by the District Court.

To the Settlement Administrator. The Settlement Administrator will pay to itself out of the Maximum Settlement Amount to itself its reasonable fees and expenses as approved by the District CourtSuperior Court in an amount not to exceed $50,000.

To the Settlement Administrator. The Settlement Administrator will pay to itself out of the Maximum Total Settlement Amount its reasonable fees and expenses as approved by the District Court. In the event that the Settlement is not finally approved, Defendants will pay the Settlement Administrator’s reasonable fees incurred as of that time.
