To Participating Class Members. All Class Members other than those who timely and properly elect not to participate in the Settlement by submitting an Election Not to Participate in Settlement will be Participating Class Members and bound by the Settlement, including its release of claims, and entitled to receive Settlement Shares. Each Participating Class Member’s Settlement Share shall be calculated as follows:

Any checks issued to Participating Class Members shall remain valid and negotiable for one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of their issuance. The Settlement Administrator shall skip trace any checks issued to Participating Class Members that are returned as undeliverable.

  • Participating Class Members The Administrator will send, by U.S. mail, a single check to every Participating Class Member (i.e., every Class Member who doesn’t opt-out) including those who also qualify as Aggrieved Employees.
