Each employee working one hundred and four (104) hours over the basic two thousand eighty (2080) hours, either on the twelve (12) hour shifts or the eight and four-tenths (8.4) hour shifts shall be compensated at their regular rate of pay. For the term of this CBA, both the Employer and LELS agree to define "normal work year'' as it relates to Sections D and E of this Article, as thirteen (13) twenty-eight (28) day work cycles.   • Other Duties The Transfer Agent may perform other duties for additional compensation if agreed to in writing by the parties to this Agreement.
