TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any damage to property of or personal injury to any third party, resulting from my use of or presence on the facilities;
TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any damage to property of or personal injury to any third party, resulting from my participation in the Avalanche Course, use of or my presence on any Facilities or travel beyond the boundary of any Facilities;
TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES for any and all liability for any property damage, loss or personal injury to any third party resulting from my participation in the Water Activities or use of the Equipment;
TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES for any and all liability for any property damage, loss or personal injury to any third party resulting from my participation in Cycling or use of the Equipment;
TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any property damage, loss, personal injury, or death of or to me, members of my household(s) or any other third party resulting from COVID-19 in any way connected to or arising from my participation in any WinSport lessons, camps, programming, or my use of or presence in/at the Facilities;
TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any damage, loss, expense or injury to any third party resulting from my child’s/xxxx’x participation in ringette programs.
TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES for any and all liability for any property damage, loss or personal injury to any third party resulting from my participation in SPORT or use of the Equipment;
TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES for any and all liability for any property damage, loss or personal injury to any third party resulting from my participation in Skateboarding or use of the Equipment;
TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any property damage, loss, or personal injury to any third party resulting from my participation in Skiing, my use of or presence on/at the Facilities, or travel beyond the ski area boundaries;
TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any damage, loss, expense or injury to any third party resulting from my participation in soccer programs.
