  • Titles and Captions All article or section titles or captions in this Agreement are for convenience only. They shall not be deemed part of this Agreement and in no way define, limit, extend or describe the scope or intent of any provisions hereof. Except as specifically provided otherwise, references to “Articles” and “Sections” are to Articles and Sections of this Agreement.

  • Titles and Subtitles The titles and subtitles used in this Agreement are used for convenience only and are not to be considered in construing or interpreting this Agreement.

References to "applicable laws and regulations" shall refer to laws and regulations applicable to ADRs, ADSs or Deposited Securities as in effect at the relevant time of determination, unless otherwise required by law or regulation.

  • Titles and Liens The Borrower has good and absolute title to all Collateral free and clear of all Liens other than Permitted Liens. No financing statement naming the Borrower as debtor is on file in any office except to perfect only Permitted Liens.

  • Titles to Properties The Borrower has such title to the real property owned by it as is necessary to the conduct of its business and valid and legal title to all of its material personal property and assets, including, but not limited to, those reflected on the balance sheets of the Borrower delivered pursuant to Section 5.1(l), except those which have been disposed of by the Borrower subsequent to such date, which dispositions have been in the ordinary course of business or as otherwise of a type permitted hereunder.

  • Titles and Number The Officers shall be one or more Presidents, any and all Vice Presidents, the Secretary and any and all Assistant Secretaries and any Treasurer and any and all Assistant Treasurers and any other Officers appointed pursuant to this Section 6.1. There shall be appointed from time to time, in accordance with this Section 6.1, such Vice Presidents, Secretaries, Assistant Secretaries, Treasurers and Assistant Treasurers as the Board may desire. Any Person may hold two or more offices.
