Title to the Phase. 1A Improvements (except as quitclaimed pursuant to Section 1.4) shall remain in Tenant until termination or expiration of this Lease for any reason. Subject to the provisions of Section 22.4, upon the termination or expiration of this Lease all of the Phase 1A Improvements shall be surrendered to Lessor without any compensation therefor to Tenant.

  • Title to the Property Borrower will warrant and defend the title to the Property, and the validity and priority of all Liens granted or otherwise given to Lender under the Loan Documents, subject only to Permitted Encumbrances, against the claims of all Persons.
