Title to Environmental Attributes. All Environmental Attributes relating to the PV System or the Net Energy will be and remain property of Contractor. Contractor shall have all right, title, and interest in and to any and all Environmental Attributes, and User shall have no right, title or interest in or to any such Environmental Attributes. The Parties shall use Commercially Reasonable efforts to allocate the value of any Shared Environmental Attributes between each other on a 50/50 basis.
Title to Environmental Attributes. As between Owner and Buyer, all Environmental Attributes shall be and remain property of Owner. Owner shall have all right, title, and interest in and to any and all Environmental Attributes that relate to the Energy during the Term, and Buyer shall have no right, title or interest in or to any such Environmental Attributes. Environmental Attributes which arise due to the enactment of laws or regulations after the Commercial Operation Date shall be allocated in the same manner.
Title to Environmental Attributes. All Environmental Attributes relating to the System or the Electricity will be and remain property of Owner. Owner shall have all right, title, and interest in and to any and all Environmental Attributes that relate to the Electricity during the Term, and User shall have no right, title or interest in or to any such Environmental Attributes.
Title to Environmental Attributes. 7.5.1 As between Host and Supplier, the Environmental Attributes relating to the System or the sale of electricity therefrom will be and remain property of the Supplier or the Host, as specified below:
Title to Environmental Attributes. All Environmental Attributes, Environmental Incentives and Reporting Rights relating to the Facility or the Electricity, other than ANEM Credits, if any, will be and remain property of Developer. Developer shall have all right, title, and interest in and to any and all such Environmental Attributes, Environmental Incentives and Reporting Rights that relate to the Electricity during the Term.
Title to Environmental Attributes. Notwithstanding the purchase and sale of Energy pursuant to Section 3.1, all Environmental Attributes relating to the System or the Energy Output shall remain the property of Seller. Seller shall have all right, title, and interest in and to any and all Environmental Attributes that relate to the Energy Output during the Term; Buyer shall have no right, title or interest in or to any Environmental Attributes and in the event any payment for any Environmental Attribute is made to Buyer, Buyer shall promptly remit such payment directly to the Seller without deduction or offset.
Title to Environmental Attributes. As between Host and System Owner, (a) all Environmental Attributes relating to the System or the sale of electricity therefrom will be and remain property of System Owner, (b) System Owner shall have all right, title and interest in and to any and all Environmental Attributes that relate to the electricity generated by the System during the Term, and (c) Host shall have no right, title or interest in or to any such Environmental Attributes.
Title to Environmental Attributes. The Parties acknowledge and agree that it is not the intent of the Parties for Macquarie to take title to any Environmental Attributes associated with the Renewable Products or the production or blending thereof (excluding the exercise of any rights with respect to such Environmental Attributes that Macquarie may have following an Event of Default or Termination Event with respect to the Company). To the extent that no Event of Default or Termination Event has occurred and is continuing with respect to the Company but, for any reason, Macquarie has title to any Environmental Attributes associated with the Renewable Products produced by the Company (or any such Environmental Attributes are attributed to Macquarie), then, without prejudice to the amount payable by the Company for the Renewable Products (which shall include the Environmental Attribute Price for any Environmental Attributes associated with such Renewable Products) Macquarie shall transfer title to such Environmental Attributes promptly to the Company without cost.
Title to Environmental Attributes. As between Developer and CVEC, and except as otherwise set forth in this Article V, all Environmental Attributes relating to the PV System or the Net Energy will be and remain property of Developer. The Parties shall use Commercially Reasonable efforts to modify the terms hereof with the mutual intent to allocate the value of any Shared Environmental Attributes between each other on a 50/50 basis.

Developer shall have all right, title, and interest in and to any and all Environmental Attributes that relate to the Electricity during the Term, and Town shall have no right, title or interest in or to any such Environmental Attributes.
