TITLE TO ALL PROPERTIES. Real and personal property owned or purchased by the LLC shall be held and owned, and conveyance made, in the name of the LLC. Instruments and documents providing for the acquisition, mortgage or disposition of Property of the LLC shall be valid and binding upon the LLC, except as otherwise limited by this Agreement, if executed by one or more Managers of the LLC.
