TITLE SEARCH. The Purchaser shall be allowed until 4:30 p.m. EST on the fifteenth (15th) day prior to the Completion Date (the “Requisition Deadline”) to examine the title to the Property at its own expense and to satisfy itself that there are no outstanding work orders or deficiency notices affecting the Property.
