Common use of Title Reports Clause in Contracts

Title Reports. With respect to each Post-Closing Date ------------- Mortgaged Property listed in Schedule 6.10A annexed hereto, a title -------------- report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Closing Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Agent;

Title Reports. With respect to each Post-Closing Date ------------- Mortgaged Property listed in Part B of Schedule 6.10A 4.1H annexed hereto, a title -------------- report issued by the Title Company with respect theretothereto (or title certificate, report on title or equivalent report with respect to any such Closing Date Mortgaged Property located outside the United States of America), dated not more than 30 days prior to the Closing Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent and Syndication Agent;

With respect to each Post-Closing Effective Date Mortgaged ------------- Mortgaged Property listed in Part B of Schedule 6.10A 4.1H annexed hereto, a title -------------- report ------------- issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Closing Effective Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent;

Title Reports. With respect to each Post-Closing Date Mortgaged ------------- Mortgaged Property listed in Part B of Schedule 6.10A 4.1M annexed hereto, a title -------------- ------------- report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Closing Date and Date, or in any jurisdiction other than the United States, the customary equivalent to the foregoing, in each case satisfactory in form and substance to Agent;
