Common use of Title Reports Clause in Contracts

Title Reports. With respect to each Effective Date Mortgaged Property listed (and marked with an asterisk) in Schedule 4.5 annexed hereto, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Effective Date and satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent;

Title Reports. With respect to each Effective Date Mortgaged Property listed (and marked with an asterisk) in Part B of Schedule 4.5 4.1H annexed hereto, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Effective Date and satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent;

Title Reports. With respect to each Effective Date Mortgaged Sale-Leaseback Property listed (and marked with an asterisk) in Schedule 4.5 annexed hereto, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Effective Date and satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent;

With respect to each Effective Date Mortgaged Property listed (and marked with an asterisk) in Schedule 4.5 annexed hereto, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Effective Date and satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative AgentAgent and the Lenders;

With respect to each Effective Date Mortgaged Property listed (and marked with an asterisk) in Part B of Schedule 4.5 5.5 annexed hereto, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Effective Date and satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent;

Title Reports. With respect to each Effective Date Mortgaged Property listed (and marked with an asteriskAND MARKED WITH AN ASTERISK) in Schedule 4.5 annexed heretoSCHEDULE 4.5, a title report issued by the Title Company or in non-U.S. jurisdictions the equivalent customary title report with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Effective Date and satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent;

With respect to each Effective Date Mortgaged Property listed (and marked with an asterisk) in Schedule 4.5 annexed heretoto the Credit Agreement, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Effective Date and satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent;

With respect to each Effective Closing Date Mortgaged Property listed (and marked with an asterisk) in Part A of Schedule 4.5 4.1H annexed hereto, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Effective Closing Date and satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent;

With respect to each Effective Date Mortgaged Property listed (and marked with an asteriskAND MARKED WITH AN ASTERISK) in Schedule SCHEDULE 4.5 annexed hereto, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Effective Date and satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent;
