Seller shall, without further cost or expense to the Purchaser, duly execute, acknowledge and deliver to Purchaser such further documents and take such actions and give such other assurances as the Purchaser may reasonably request in order to effectuate the transactions contemplated hereby and to convey and vest in the Company and the Purchaser, and protect their respective right, title and interest in, the Property, including the Hospital.
