Title Affidavit. Any title affidavits, certificates, or such other documents required by Title Company for the purposes of Buyer or Lender obtaining title insurance/coverage;
Title Affidavit. Any affidavits of Seller in form and substance --------------- reasonably acceptable to the Title Company, in order that the Title Policy may be issued free and clear of the standard exceptions which the Title Company is permitted under applicable law to remove or modify upon delivery of such an affidavit;
Title Affidavit. An owner’s affidavit for the benefit of the Title Company substantially in the form reasonably required by Purchaser’s Title Insurance Company.

A title affidavit executed by Seller and in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Title Company and Seller and containing the minimum representations which the Title Company shall reasonably require in order to issue its owner’s title insurance policy insuring Buyer’s fee simple title to the Real Property free of exceptions for (i) the rights of parties in possession and parties claiming rights in the Real Property, except parties claiming under the Condition of Title and the Leases, (ii) mechanic’s and materialmen’s liens arising through Seller, and (iii) unrecorded easements arising through Seller.
Title Affidavit. Seller shall deliver at or before the Closing an affidavit and indemnity of Seller, in the form required by the Title Company, stating, among other things, that there are no outstanding unpaid bills for which liens can be attached to the Property and in form sufficient for the Title Company to provide “gap” coverage.
Title Affidavit. A title affidavit, in customary form and substance, reasonably satisfactory to Penn, but sufficient in all cases to enable the Title Company to issue the Title Policy without exception for matters which are not Permitted Encumbrances (the “Title Affidavit”), executed by Penn;
Title Affidavit. On or prior to the Closing Date, the Company shall deliver to Parent a customary title affidavit, including a non-imputation affidavit and indemnity, in a form reasonably acceptable to the Company, Parent, the Purchaser and the applicable title insurance company.
Title Affidavit. The Company shall have delivered a title insurance affidavit, dated the date of the Closing, signed by an officer of the Company with respect to debts, Liens, parties in possession and non-imputation in the form attached as EXHIBIT C.
