Common use of TIPS Administration Fee Clause in Contracts

TIPS Administration Fee. By submitting a proposal, Xxxxxx agrees to remit to TIPS the required TIPS Administration Fee, as designated in the solicitation or as otherwise agreed in writing. If Authorized Resellers are named, Xxxxxx agrees to guarantee remittance of the TIPS Administration fee by or for the Authorized Reseller. TIPS/ESC Region 8 is required by Texas Government Code Section 791 to be compensated for its work. Thus, submission of this proposal requires agreement to this term.
