Timing of Class Representative Service Payment. The Settlement Administrator shall pay any Class Representative Service Payment no later than seven calendar days of the funding of the Settlement Fund in accordance with Section 7.1 above, and shall issue an IRS Form 1099 to Plaintiff. Plaintiff shall be solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes on any Class Representative Service Payment and shall indemnify and hold harmless Defendant and the Released Parties from any claim or liability for taxes, penalties, or interest arising as a result of the Class Representative Service Payment.
