Timing of Class Notice. Class Notice will be provided to all Persons in the Settlement Class and will commence within thirty (30) days following the entry of the Preliminary Approval Order as described herein.

Timing of Class Notice. 31. No later than 30 days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, the Administrator will send the Class Notice to each Class Member. Notice shall be mailed first- class mail, postage prepaid, to the last-known address using the Class Mailing List.

To facilitate the notice and claims administration process, Class Counsel shall, no later than five (5) business days following entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, provide to the Settlement Administrator, in an electronically searchable and readable format, the Class List. (Class Counsel shall simultaneously provide a copy to Defendants.) Notice shall be issued to each unique fax number listed on the Class List pursuant to the procedures specified herein within thirty (30) days following delivery of the aforementioned data to the Settlement Administrator.
