Times of Payment. Minimum Components The Agency shall pay to the State, on or before the first day of each month of each year, commencing with the year of initial water delivery to the Agency, one-twelfth (1/12) of the sum of the charges to the Agency for the year under the minimum operation, maintenance, power, and replacement components of the Delta Water Charge and Transportation Charge, respectively, as such charges are stated pursuant to subdivision (e) of this article.
Times of Payment. The payment of salaries shall be covered by the following provisions.
Times of Payment. (a) Consultant shall invoice Client on a monthly basis for all Basic Services and Additional Services performed and shall include supporting documentation as may be requested by Client. Payments are due and payable upon presentation of Consultant’s monthly statement. Amounts unpaid forty-five days after the invoice date shall bear interest at the rate of 2.0% per month on the unpaid balance.
Times of Payment. (a) An AFL Player paid in accordance with this Schedule C shall be paid on the dates and in the manner set out below:
Times of Payment. 5.2.1. ARCHITECT shall submit monthly statements for Basic and Additional Services rendered and for Reimbursable Expenses incurred. The statements will be based upon ARCHITECT’s estimate of the proportion of the total services actually completed at the time of billing. OWNER shall make prompt monthly payments in response to ARCHITECT’s monthly statements.
Times of Payment. The OWNER will make prompt monthly payments in response to the ENGINEER's monthly detailed statements for all services rendered under this Agreement.
Times of Payment. 6.1 The Service Charge based upon the Accountant’s estimate of the Service Expenditure in respect of each Year excluding the First Year but including the Last Year shall be payable by equal quarterly instalments in advance on the Quarter Days.
Times of Payment. 6.1 The Service Charge based upon the estimates referred to above in respect of each Year excluding the First Year but including the Last Year shall be payable by equal quarterly instalments in advance on the Scottish quarter days, namely 28 February, 28 May, 28 August and 28 November, or such other four quarterly dates as the Landlord may from time to time specify. The Service Charge for the First Year based upon the Managing Agent's estimates of the Service Expenditure and the Service Charge for the First Year shall be payable by a payment on the Date of Entry in respect of the period from and including the Date of Entry to the first quarter day or other payment date occurring after the Date of Entry and a payment or payments (as the case may be) on the succeeding quarter day or days or such other payment date or dates as may be substituted therefor as aforesaid and if one or more of such quarter days or such other payment dates falls between the Date of Entry and the end of the First Year apportioned pro rata.
Times of Payment. In the granting of terms of payments all outstanding accounts must at all times be covered by an appropriate line of credit of a re- nowned credit insurer or equivalent securities. Should the credit insurer reduce the granted line of credit, or should the outstanding accounts exceed the line of credit, SLOVECA, Sasol Slovakia, spol. s r.o. shall, as far as non-covered receivables are concerned, reserve the right to carry out deliveries only against prepayment. This shall also apply in the case of equivalent securities. The pur- chaser cannot derive any rights from any business practice previ- ously exercised between the contractual partners which may be contrary to the aforementioned.
Times of Payment. 6.1 The Service Charge based upon the Managing Agent's estimate of the Service Expenditure in respect of each Service Year (other than the First Service Year but including the Last Service Year) shall be payable by equal quarterly instalments (but subject nevertheless to revision pursuant to the provisions of Clause 4 of this Part of this Schedule) in advance on the Rent Payment Days. The Service Charge for the First Service Year based upon the Managing Agent's estimate of the Service Expenditure for the First Service Year shall be payable by quarterly payments in advance the first being on the First day of April Nineteen hundred and ninety seven and thereafter on each Rent Payment Day falling between the First day of April Nineteen hundred and ninety seven and the end of the First Service Year.
