Common use of Timely Clause in Contracts

Timely. COMMUNICATIONS The Constructor shall transmit to the Subcontractor, with reasonable promptness, all submittals, transmittals, and written approvals relative to the Subcontract Work. Unless otherwise specified in the Subcontract Documents, if communications are not through the Subcontractor, the Constructor shall inform the Subcontractor of the communications the Constructor has with the Subcontractor's subcontractors, and suppliers.
