Timely Review. The CITY will examine the ENGINEER's studies, reports, sketches, drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documents; obtain advice of an attorney, insurance counselor, accountant, auditor, bond and financial advisors, and other consultants as the CITY deems appropriate; and render in writing decisions required by the CITY in a timely manner in accordance with the PROJECT schedule prepared in accordance with Attachment A.
Timely Review. If requested by Sovereign at Sovereign's sole expense, cause its independent certified public accountants to perform a review of its unaudited consolidated financial statements as of the end of any calendar quarter, in accordance with Statement of Auditing Standards No. 36, and to issue their report on such financial statements as soon as is practicable thereafter;

Sponsor acknowledges that Omnicare CR will require, among other things: (a) timely review of Omnicare CR’s work product; and (b) timely supplies of documents, data, records, and investigational drug product(s) from Sponsor in order to properly perform the Services hereunder and that Omnicare CR are not responsible for errors, delays or other consequences arising from the failure of Sponsor to provide such review and/or materials. Sponsor therefore agrees that it will: (a) promptly review Omnicare CR’s work product where such review is required and/or **** Certain confidential information contained in this document, marked with four asterisks, has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Rule 24b-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. necessary; and (b) provide all documents, data, records, investigational drug product(s) and other materials necessary for completion of Omnicare CR’s tasks and Services in a timely manner and in accordance with the schedule or timeline for the applicable Project. Sponsor agrees to reasonably extend all deadlines hereunder due to delays (by Sponsor or contractors under its control) in (a) reviewing Omnicare CR’s work product; and (b) providing documents, data, records and investigational drug product(s) and other materials needed for the completion of Omnicare CR’s tasks and Services.
Timely Review. If requested by the other at the requesting party's sole expense, cause its independent certified public accountants to perform a review of its unaudited consolidated financial statements as of the end of any calendar quarter, in accordance with Statement of Auditing Standards No. 71, and to issue their report on such financial statements as soon as is practicable thereafter.
Timely Review. CITY shall examine all studies, reports, sketches, drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documents presented by CONSULTANT, obtain advice of an attorney, insurance counselor, accountant, auditor, and other consultants as CITY deems appropriate for such examination and render in writing decisions pertaining thereto in a timely manner so as not to unreasonably delay the services of CONSULTANT.
Timely Review. If requested by Niagara Bancorp at Niagara Bancorp's sole expense, CNYF shall cause its independent certified public accountants to perform a review of its unaudited consolidated financial statements as of the end of any calendar quarter, in accordance with Statement of Auditing Standards No. 36, and to issue their report on such financial statements as soon as is practicable thereafter;
Timely Review. CITY shall examine all reports and other documents presented by SUBRECIPIENT, obtain advice of an attorney, accountant, auditor, risk assessor, or other consultants as CITY deems appropriate for such examination and render in writing decisions pertaining thereto in a timely manner so as not to unreasonably delay the services of SUBRECIPIENT.
Timely Review. The City agrees to review all land use changes, land development applications, and plats in an expeditious manner in accordance with the MZDO as modified by the PDD Standards for this Property. A Secondary Developer may submit these items for concurrent review with the City and other governmental authorities. The City may give final approval to any submission, but will not grant authorization to record plats or begin development construction activities until all permitting agencies have completed their reviews.
Timely Review. The Diversion Authority will examine HMG’s studies, reports, sketches, drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documents; obtain advice of an attorney, insurance counselor, accountant, auditor, bond and financial advisors, and other consultants as the Diversion Authority deems appropriate; and render in writing decisions required by the Diversion Authority in a timely manner.
Timely Review. In accordance with applicable law, DEQ agrees to conduct an expeditious review and act expeditiously on all applications by Duke Energy for permits necessary for Duke Energy to undertake the actions required under this Agreement as required by N.C. Gen. Stat. § 130A-309.203.
