Timeliness of Deliverables. Contractor shall prepare and submit required project documents, forms, permit requests, and notifications, no later than the due date prescribed in the task order.

Timeliness of Deliverables. A mutually agreed upon work plan, establishes the baseline schedule and how related activities are tracked, accounted for and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The schedule is routinely evaluated by the Northwoods Project Manager for comparison of baseline data against actual performance. Risks and deviations to the schedule are discussed during Project Team status meetings. As a result, the Northwoods Project Manager identifies schedule variance and potential problems, makes adjustments to the schedule and/or reassigns resources, and reports progress to appropriate stakeholders and team members.
Timeliness of Deliverables. Deliverables are defined as those items created in the development process that are listed in Section 4.2 and those delivered to Genuity. Examples include but are not limited to completion of documentation and delivery of code. All Deliverables will be delivered on the due date documented on the Statement of Work or approved Project Plan. If a deliverable is not complete on the due date, GTE will use commercially reasonable efforts necessary to expeditiously complete the Deliverable as soon as possible. If either party requires a change to the due date of a deliverable, then they must submit a Change Control Request to the other party as defined in the Statement Of Work.
