Timeline for Succeeding Year Proposal. The Association agrees that it will not present a proposal for the succeeding year prior to January 1. The District agrees to adopt its initial proposal no later than the regular March Board meeting providing that this date is not less than two (2) months after receiving a complete proposal from the Association.
