Time Tracking. As a customer of our Payroll Services, you will also receive access to the iSolved® native time-tracking solution or, at your election, the Insperity TimeStar® Cloud-Based Solution. In either case, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act, any state or local equivalents, or any other federal or state wage laws (collectively “FLSA”), including record keeping and accurate reporting, timekeeping and payment of wages. We will not be liable for any liability related to your failure to comply with FLSA requirements, including back wages, penalties, liquidated amounts and/ or attorney fees. Certain timekeeping practices and issues, such as rounding, grace periods, automatic defaults, rest periods, donning and xxxxxxx, training and travel can raise significant legal issues. You are advised to discuss these matters with legal counsel before making any decisions regarding practices and issues. Your Users will be subject to our Terms of Use for Cloud-Based Solutions if you elect the Insperity TimeStar® Cloud-Based Solution, and Support and Maintenance will be provided in accordance with our SLA. Users of the iSolved® native time-tracking solution may be subject to separate terms of use provided with such solution by our Insperity Partner. You may also elect geotracking or geofencing telephony services, Equipment, or the TimeSimplicity® Scheduler to supplement your Insperity TimeStar® and such selections will be subject to our applicable Online Additional Terms.

Time Tracking. The Contractor shall supply all personnel with a time tracking system. Hours worked shall be signed on weekly basis by a County Representative. The County will pay only for actual hours worked at the designated County location. No other expenses or allowances shall be paid by the County.

  • Local Interconnection Data Exchange for Billing 7.7.1 There are certain types of calls or types of Interconnection that require exchange of Billing records between the Parties, including, for example, alternate billed and Toll Free Service calls. The Parties agree that all call types must be routed between the networks, accounted for, and settled among the Parties. Certain calls will be handled via the Parties' respective operator service platforms. The Parties agree to utilize, where possible and appropriate, existing accounting and settlement systems to xxxx, exchange records and settle revenue.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. Materials must be stored in original undamaged packaging in such a manner to ensure proper ventilation and drainage, and to protect against damage, weather, vandalism, and theft until ready for installation.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where Xxxx Communications has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local service to the end user and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to Xxxx Communications. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will make alternative arrangements available to Xxxx Communications (e.g. hairpinning).
