Time to Perform. Any extension of time or waivers as are granted by the Credit Facility Agent under any Secured Credit Document in respect of the Credit Agreement for the comparable requirement to perform any obligation shall automatically be granted under this Security Agreement and any other Secured Credit Document in respect of the Notes.

Time to Perform. Consultant shall perform its services to meet the schedule as expeditiously as is consistent with the exercise of professional skill and care and the orderly process of the Project. Notwithstanding, the Consultant will not be responsible for damages due to delays that are beyond the Consultant’s reasonable control.
Time to Perform. All time periods set forth in this Addendum shall be subject to the provisions of Section 21 of the Lease.
Time to Perform. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Artist shall be entitled to extend the timetable for delivery of the Works contemplated by the Invoice upon (i) notifying Purchaser of same in writing and (ii) refunding any separate “rush order” fee for the Works reflected by the Invoice. Should Purchaser fail to respond to any request for information by Artist within twenty-one (21) days of such request being made to Purchaser, Artist reserves the right to cancel Purchaser’s Request and retain the Initial Deposit.

  • Continue to Perform No resignation or removal of the Administrator will be effective, and the Administrator will continue to perform its obligations under this Agreement, until a successor Administrator has accepted its engagement according to Section 3.5(b).
