Time to File. The parties agree that, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Website, its Services, or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action or arose, or else be forever barred.

Time to File. The defendant must move to arrest judgment within 14 days after the court accepts a verdict or finding of guilty, or after a plea of guilty or nolo contendere.
Time to File. A grievance is one specific action which is described in Section 2. In order to avoid stale litigation, a grievance must be filed within 15 calendar days of the date of the specific action which is the subject of the grievance.
