Employee acknowledges that he/she has been given at least forty-five (45) days to consider this Agreement thoroughly and he/she was encouraged to consult with his/her personal attorney at his/her own expense, if desired, before signing below. He/She further agrees that any changes made to this Agreement will not restart the running of the 45-day period referenced herein.
