Time to change. The mean time to respond and/or implement automatic change requests is one business day. The mean time to respond and/or implement manual change requests is one business day. Completion time for such requests will be subject to the nature of the request.
Time to change. SLA Time to Change measures the ability of Orange to carry out change requests for the security policy and the configuration of the Mobile SSL Service. The following calculation is performed: TTCxx = 100 × NbChangeOK xx NbChange  TTCxx = Rate of implementation of change requests by the deadline XX.  NbChangeOKxx = Number of change requests carried out within the deadline XX.  NbChange = Number of change requests over a given period. Only the change requests carried out within the period being analyzed are included in the calculation. The deadline for implementing changes does not include weekends, namely from Saturday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59. The service levels are calculated on a monthly basis, between the 1st day at 0:00 to the last day of the same month at 23:59. Only "basic" changes as listed in the SGW CCS web portal will be taken into consideration. These "basic" changes are defined in the "service changes" catalogue available in the SGW CCS. Time to change. Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to make available to the Fulfillment Agent all changes to the price list 30 days prior to taking effect per the price modification requirements of the GSA Schedule clause 552.216-70.

If the Time to Change Service Levels are not met, Customer will be granted the following points for the calculation of the service credits described in Clause 1.3.   • Room Change Residents may submit requests for housing assignment changes. Students are not permitted to move or trade spaces without administrative approval. Once a housing assignment change has been approved, the resident must move in accordance with prescribed timeframe and abide by all appropriate key policies. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action and fees associated. Students are financially responsible for rate differential if applicable.

  • Termination for Change of Control This Agreement may be terminated immediately by SAP upon written notice to Provider if Provider comes under direct or indirect control of any entity competing with SAP. If before such change Provider has informed SAP of such potential change of control without undue delay, the Parties agree to discuss solutions on how to mitigate such termination impact on Customer, such as stepping into the Customer contract by SAP or by any other Affiliate of Provider or any other form of transition to a third party provider.

  • Contract Renegotiation, Suspension, or Termination Due to Change in Funding If the funds DSHS relied upon to establish this Contract or Program Agreement are withdrawn, reduced or limited, or if additional or modified conditions are placed on such funding, after the effective date of this contract but prior to the normal completion of this Contract or Program Agreement:

  • Status Change Upon the termination of the Optionee’s Employment, this Option shall continue or terminate, as and to the extent provided in the Plan and this Agreement.

  • Termination for Changes in Budget or Law The JBE’s payment obligations under this Agreement are subject to annual appropriation and the availability of funds. Expected or actual funding may be withdrawn, reduced, or limited prior to the expiration or other termination of this Agreement. Funding beyond the current appropriation year is conditioned upon appropriation of sufficient funds to support the activities described in this Agreement. The JBE may terminate this Agreement or limit Contractor’s Services (and reduce proportionately Contractor’s fees) upon Notice to Contractor without prejudice to any right or remedy of the JBE if: (i) expected or actual funding to compensate Contractor is withdrawn, reduced or limited; or (ii) the JBE determines that Contractor’s performance under this Agreement has become infeasible due to changes in applicable laws.
