TIME, RESPONSIBILITY AND INCENTIVE. TRI means Time, Responsibility, and Incentive. TRI Pay is compensated at per diem pay. TRI Pay means that the District recognizes that certain tasks are time or responsibility driven and cannot always be accomplished within the regular workday.

TIME, RESPONSIBILITY AND INCENTIVE. In addition to the base contract, Association members will be offered a supplemental TRI contract that will be paid in twelve (12) monthly installments in recognition of their fulfillment of additional responsibilities. The additional commitment required of San Xxxx Island certificated staff cannot be accurately measured in hours or days. The salary provided beyond the basic education apportionment is provided to compensate Association members for the responsibilities listed below that occur outside of mandated contract time. The amount of time outside of the contracted workday and work year necessary to fulfill these responsibilities will vary from one staff member to another, as determined by the individual’s own professional judgment and personal choice.

TIME, RESPONSIBILITY AND INCENTIVE. (TRI) Days As per RCW 28A.400.200, extra pay shall be provided members for additional time, responsibilities and incentives. Said pay shall be provided as follows: In 2016-2017 seven (7), 2017-2018 eight (8), and 2018-2019 nine (9) self-directed TRI days shall be added to the 180-day base contract year. All TRI days shall be paid at the daily per diem rate, which is calculated as 1/180th, or one (1) divided by the number of state funded days, of the negotiated annual salary schedule. This shall include any state provided Cost of Living Adjustment for all employees.

TIME, RESPONSIBILITY AND INCENTIVE. (TRI) Days Employees may work and be compensated for twelve (12) additional days beyond the 180-day basic employee contract. Compensation for the TRI Days shall be at the employee's per diem rate. Payment for these days will be made in two equal payments distributed at the end of November and May. TRI Days shall be made available to each employee from August 1 to June 30 of the student year. Employees must submit to the District office a TRI Day Form on or before the last business day in September. Failure to do so will result in nonpayment for hours worked. Employees must keep a personal record of the hours they worked. Failure to provide documentation, when required by the district and/or auditors for auditing purposes, may result in the employee reimbursing the district for all or part of the employees’ TRI Day’s pay. Each employee shall use the employee scheduled days for professional preparation and/or staff development, attending classes, work-related meetings, researching professional materials, special project studies, and other activities related to improved teaching and learning. TRI Days will not be used for required or mandated district/building activities.

  • PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY (APPLIES TO RNS ONLY 19.01 The parties agree that resident care is enhanced if concerns relating to professional practice and workload are resolved in a timely and effective manner, as set out below; In the event that the Home assigns a number of residents or a workload to an individual employee or group of employees, such that she or they have cause to believe that she or they are being asked to perform more work than is consistent with proper resident care, she or they shall:

  • Employee’s Responsibility WORK START TIME Employees shall be in their respective assigned working locations, ready to commence work at their designated starting times, and they shall not leave their working locations at times or in a manner inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Employee Responsibility Each employee is responsible for the care and maintenance of such equipment. The Company retains the right to inspect the equipment at any time and to require the employee to provide an accounting of any loss or abuse.

  • Teacher Responsibility The Board and the Association acknowledge that a teacher's primary responsibility is to teach and that support personnel and volunteers shall be used to assist with and reduce teachers' non-instructional responsibilities. The Board and the Association agree that, in order to encourage the efficient use of time and to conserve paper, paperwork required of teachers should be kept to a minimum.

  • User Responsibility You agree that you are responsible for all use(s) related to your account.   • Consultant’s Responsibility Nothing herein shall be construed as limiting in any way the extent to which Consultant may be held responsible for damages resulting from Consultant’s operations, acts, omissions, or negligence. Insurance coverage obtained in the minimum amounts specified above shall not relieve Consultant of liability in excess of such minimum coverage, nor shall it preclude NCTC from taking other actions available to it under this Agreement or by law, including but not limited to, actions pursuant to Consultant’s indemnity obligations.

  • Employer’s Responsibility 29.01 It shall be the responsibility of all Employers signatory to this Agreement to comply with the letter of July 1967 relating to subcontracting of work within the jurisdiction of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Ship Builders, Blacksmiths, Forgers and Helpers (See Letter No. 2).

  • Employees’ Responsibilities State employees have responsibility for initiating discussion to identify and assess their own specific training needs, including but not limited to: • working in partnership with supervisors and managers to meet the agency, work unit, and their own training and development needs, and • actively searching for training opportunities within State service and elsewhere.
