Time Reporting. The employee will need to use the new time reporting code “VBN” when using Vacation Buy hours.
Time Reporting. The Employer may require employees to accurately report time worked in accordance with a positive time reporting process as determined by the Agency.
Time Reporting. All support staff shall accurately report hours worked, overtime, sick leave, paid public holidays, vacation taken, time off with pay and time off without pay. Employees shall have available the following information through a combination of electronic access and written statements: • wages, hours worked, overtime worked, sick leave taken, public holiday pay, vacation entitlement, vacation taken, leave with pay and all other supplementary pay and deductions each payday.
Time Reporting. Employees are responsible for submitting accurate time cards or sheets accounting for time worked and leaves used. Should it be necessary to change an employee’s time report, the employee shall be notified of such change.

Bus operators will be paid for all time worked within a pay period 23 per Articles 10.05(1)(d) and 10.05(1)(e), if the employee has accurately reported work time 24 on the prescribed tracking system. Work time not accurately recorded by the employee on 25 the prescribed tracking system, shall be paid after the employee has notified the 26 Transportation Department. Upon notification and verification, the employee will be paid 27 within the next two pay periods.

Time Reporting. Whenever necessary for the interest of the enterprise, the employer is entitled to request reporting on the time spent on each piece of work. Misuse of this entitlement may be pointed out by the trade union and handled according to the rules of industrial disagreements.
Time Reporting. For payroll purposes only the formula below shall be used to calculate all time worked. 00-07 minutes = .00 hours 08-22 minutes = .25 hours 23-37 minutes = .50 hours 38-52 minutes = .75 hours 53-60 minutes = 1.00 hours

Bus attendants and bus monitors will be paid for all time worked within a 8 pay period per Articles 10.05 if the employee has accurately reported work time on the 9 prescribed tracking system. Work time not accurately recorded by the employee on the 10 prescribed tracking system, shall be paid after the employee has notified the Transportation
Time Reporting. Employees will take responsibility to report time and absences using the designated District system and procedures. Time reporting must be completed by the end of the day on the last working day of the month. If a possible discrepancy is discovered by the payroll office, the payroll office will contact the immediate supervisor with the issue to be reconciled. The immediate supervisor will reconcile the issue with the employee and communicate the reconciliation to the payroll office. Efforts will be made to make the adjustment in the pay period in which the issue arose. If reconciliation is not made in the pay period it will be made in the next pay cycle.
