TIME REPORT. (a) Monthly Paid Employees The exceptional time reporting system requires employees paid on a monthly basis to only submit an “Exceptional Time Report” following an exceptional circumstance.
TIME REPORT. Each employee must complete and sign a monthly time report, showing total hours worked, overtime hours worked each day, and the hours and reason for any absence. Failure to complete the time report correctly or to submit it on time may result in pay adjustments on the subsequent payroll. The appropriate administrator or supervisor is responsible for certifying records on the attendance of the employees under his or her supervision.

  • Adverse Report (a) The Employer shall notify an employee of any dissatisfaction concerning his/her work within ten (10) calendar days of the Employer's becoming aware of the matter giving rise to the dissatisfaction. This notification shall include particulars of work performance which led to such dissatisfaction. If this procedure is not followed, such expression of dissatisfaction shall not become part of his/her record for use against him/her at any time. The employee's written reply to such notification of dissatisfaction shall become part of his/her record.

The summary evaluation report shall take into account the results of each of the evaluation components (Section 20.5.3) in order to arrive at an overall rating. When the committee and the administrative evaluator(s) cannot reach an agreement as to the overall rating, the report must include written explanation.

  • Compliance Report The Subservicer agrees that it shall permit, not more than once per year, the Servicer, the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee or the Indenture Administrator, as the Indenture Trustee’s designee, to conduct or have conducted a procedural audit regarding the Subservicer’s compliance with the requirements of the Higher Education Act or the terms of this Agreement. E-2.2), an assessment report to the Chief Electoral Officer and the Minister setting out relevant ways to improve the trial and addressing, in particular, the following points : — the preparations for the election (choice of the new method of voting, communications plan, etc.) ; — the conduct of the advance poll and the poll ; — the cost of using the electronic voting system : – the cost of adapting election procedures ; – non-recurrent costs likely to be amortized ; – a comparison between the actual polling costs and the estimated polling costs using the new methods of voting and the projected cost of holding the general election on November 2nd 2003 using traditional methods ; — the number and duration of incidents during which voting was stopped, if any ; — the advantages and disadvantages of using the new method of voting ; — the results obtained during the addition of the votes and the correspondence between the number of ballot paper cards issued to the deputy returning officers and the number of ballot paper cards returned used and unused ; — the examination of rejected ballot papers, if it has been completed.

  • Progress Report 10.1 If required, you shall submit progress reports in connection with the Service (“Report”) on at least a monthly basis, or as we may require. The Report shall include a summary of the activities and accomplishments during the previous reporting period.

  • Monthly Report A. A Monthly Report shall be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the end of each calendar month of the Period of Operation. Each Monthly Report shall be signed, dated, and certified by Concessionaire, Concessionaire’s Bookkeeper, or Accountant, and contain a Statement of Total Gross Receipts, excluding New Jersey State Sales Tax, derived by Concessionaire from operation of the Concession during the previous month. Each Monthly Report shall be based on the daily “Z” tapes or Point-of-Service (POS) device equivalent for that same month showing each day’s sales activity. Failure on the part of Concessionaire to provide the Monthly Report, when due, shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 9 and 10. Concessionaire shall provide Department with any additional written clarification and/or information necessary to confirm the accuracy of any or all of Concessionaire’s Monthly Reports.
