TIME RECORDATION. 45.1. Hospital employees may not swipe in for work earlier than six (6) minutes before the beginning of their shift or swipe out more than six (6) minutes after the end of their shift unless the employee first notifies Inspira, unless such additional time is warranted by emergent circumstances. Employees may use any available clock to swipe in or out. Employees are expected to swipe in and out of work and to actually begin work at the start of their shift and to remain working on the work floor up to the end of their work shift.

IMCW retains the right to implement and utilize new technologies related to time recordation or to change policies to improve time recordation, provided that IMCW meets and confers with the Union under the time frames set forth in Article 66 of this Agreement.
TIME RECORDATION. Time and specific performance are each of the essence of this Lease. A memorandum of this Lease will be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Tuolumne County.

  • No Recordation Tenant shall not record this Lease without prior written consent from Landlord. However, either Landlord or Tenant may require that a "Short Form" memorandum of this Lease executed by both parties be recorded. Each UCC-1 financing statement, if any, filed with respect to personal property constituting a part of the related Mortgaged Property and each UCC-3 assignment, if any, filed with respect to such financing statement was in suitable form for filing in the filing office in which such financing statement was filed. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, no representation is made as to the perfection of any security interest in rents or other personal property to the extent that possession or control of such items or actions other than the filing of Uniform Commercial Code financing statements is required to effect such perfection.

  • Financing Statement To the extent permitted by applicable law, a carbon, photographic or other reproduction of this Agreement or any financing statement covering the Collateral shall be sufficient as a financing statement.
