Time on a Business Day Sample Clauses

Time on a Business Day. A properly addressed payment with the payment stub received after 5 p.m. Eastern Time or on a day that is not a Business Day will be credited to your Account as of the next Business Day. You agree to not give us any post-dated check as payment on your Account. If the payment due date falls on a day on which we do not receive or accept payments, the payment will not be treated as late if received the next Business Day.

Time on a Business Day. Phone payments received after 5 p.m. Eastern Time or on a day that is not a Business Day will be credited to your Account as of the next Business Day. From time to time, we may allow you to expedite a single payment to your Account from a designated bank account of yours by telephone.
Time on a Business Day. The Company shall promptly notify the Holders via facsimile or by e-mail of the effectiveness of a Registration Statement on the same Business Day that the Company telephonically confirms effectiveness with the Commission, which shall be the date requested for effectiveness of such Registration Statement. The Company shall, by 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time on the second Business Day after the effective date of such Registration Statement, file a final Prospectus with the Commission as required by Rule 424. Nevertheless, the Company’s obligations to include the Registrable Securities in a registration statement are contingent upon Purchaser furnishing in writing to the Company such other information regarding Purchaser, the securities of the Company held by Purchaser and the intended method of disposition of the Registrable Securities as shall be reasonably requested by the Company to effect the registration of the Registrable Securities, and Purchaser shall execute such documents in connection with such registration as the Company may reasonably request that are customary of a selling stockholder in similar situations.

  • Business Day For purposes of these By-Laws, “Business Day” shall mean any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or a day on which banking institutions in the State of New York are authorized or obligated by law or executive order to close.

  • Day not a Business Day If any day on or before which any action or notice is required to be taken or given hereunder is not a Business Day, then such action or notice shall be required to be taken or given on or before the requisite time on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day.

  • Next Business Day Whenever any payment or other obligation hereunder shall be due on a day other than a Business Day, such payment shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Non-Business Day If any payment of principal or interest on any Loan or of any other Obligation shall fall due on a day which is not a Business Day, interest or fees (as applicable) at the rate, if any, such Loan or other Obligation bears for the period prior to maturity shall continue to accrue on such Obligation from the stated due date thereof to and including the next succeeding Business Day, on which the same shall be payable.

  • Payment Date Other Than a Business Day If any payment with respect to a payment of any principal of, premium, if any, or interest on any Note (including any payment to be made on any date fixed for redemption or purchase of any Note) is due on a day which is not a Business Day, then the payment need not be made on such date, but may be made on the next Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on such date, and no interest will accrue for the intervening period.

  • Payment on Non-Business Days Whenever any payment to be made shall be due on a day which is not a Business Day, such payment may be due on the next succeeding Business Day.
