Common use of Time Off to Vote Clause in Contracts

Time Off to Vote. The Employer shall provide reasonable and necessary time off for bargaining unit members to vote in local, municipal, borough, State and Federal elections, provided that the member is unable to vote outside working hours because of actions of the Employer.
