Time Off in Lieu of Overtime. Employees who work overtime will not be required to take time off in regular hours to make up for overtime worked. Time off in lieu may be taken on a mutually agreed upon basis between the employee and the Hospital, such time off will be the equivalent of the premium rate the employee has earned for working overtime. The Hospital shall revert to payment of premium rate if time off is not taken within ninety (90) calendar days of the work week in which the overtime was earned or, with the employee’s agreement, within 12 months of that work week.
Time Off in Lieu of Overtime. Instead of cash payment for overtime, an Employee may choose to receive time off at the appropriate rate [i.e. time and one-half (1/2)], at a time mutually agreed upon with the Employer.
Time Off in Lieu of Overtime. (1) Regular employees shall have the option of receiving equivalent compensating time off in lieu of payment for overtime worked if requested at the time of submission of overtime and on approval in writing from the immediate supervisor(s).
Time Off in Lieu of Overtime. (a) On each occasion that an employee works overtime the employee shall elect to either be paid in cash or to bank the overtime to a maximum in the year of one hundred (100) hours straight time for the purpose of having time off in lieu of overtime. Overtime will be paid in accordance with the overtime provisions if the employee does not elect time off in lieu. Requests in relation to overtime hours must be made to the employee's immediate supervisor and must be dated and signed.
Time Off in Lieu of Overtime. (a) Where time off with pay in lieu of overtime hours worked has not been granted prior to the end of the second calendar month immediately following the month in which the overtime was worked, compensation for overtime shall be paid.

Lieu time accrued at the appropriate overtime rate, but not taken by November 30 will be paid in money at the employee's normal rate of pay with the last pay in December. Lieu time accrued after November 30 shall be carried into the next year.
Time Off in Lieu of Overtime. Employees may be permitted to continuously carry an accumulation of up to seventy-five (75) hours. The Employer shall divide the year into four (4)

Where mutually agreed between the Employer and Employee, time off, calculated at the appropriate overtime rates in lieu of overtime pay may be banked to a maximum of one-hundred (100) hours. Time off in lieu shall be taken at a time mutually acceptable between the Employee and the Employer and must be recorded on time sheets and work records. Any unused portion of the time in lieu bank as of February month end payroll report will be paid out prior to March 31 of each year.
