Time Off for Meal Break. Where an Employee is required to work in excess of two (2) hours overtime in conjunction with his/her regular shift, he shall, at the end of two (2) hours overtime worked, be entitled to paid time off, not to exceed one-half hour, for the purpose of eating. An additional 15-minute paid break shall be provided after each continuing two (2) hours worked.

  • Membership Termination No Member may terminate its membership in the Sector 21 other than in accordance with this Section 12. A Member that has agreed to join the Sector prior to the 22 Effective Date may withdraw from Sector membership prior to the Effective Date without penalty or 23 prejudice.
