TIME OFF FOR GRIEVANCE MEETINGS. The Stewards shall be afforded such time off with pay as may be required to attend to the adjustment of grievances including meetings with the grievor and the Employer.

TIME OFF FOR GRIEVANCE MEETINGS. Absence from duties shall be permitted for stewards who may be required to attend to the processing of grievances, including meetings with the grievor and NVIT, provided that permission is received in advance from the appropriate senior manager. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. Time spent during an employee’s normal working hours in the processing of grievances shall be considered time worked. Such time, as well as additional time spent in such activities shall not qualify for overtime remuneration. These provisions apply only to those employees who have been identified in writing as stewards.
TIME OFF FOR GRIEVANCE MEETINGS. The employee and their designated shop xxxxxxx will be granted reasonable time off with pay for participation in grievance meetings with management representatives.
TIME OFF FOR GRIEVANCE MEETINGS. One Union Officer shall be allowed time off without loss of pay for the purposes of participating in grievance meetings with the Employer at Steps One and Two. This provision does not apply to arbitration proceedings.
