Time Off Between Shifts. 8.04 When an employee’s shift is being changed, a minimum of twelve (12) hours shall be scheduled off as a rest period between the end of the “old” shift and the commencement of the “new” shift. If an employee’s “new” shift commences during such rest period, she/he shall be paid at the overtime rate for all hours worked on the first shift.
