Common use of Time of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Time of Vacation. The Employer shall post the vacation schedule planner by January 1st of each year. Where an Employee submits a vacation preference by March 15th of that year, the Employer shall indicate approval or disapproval of that vacation request by April 30th of that year.
