Common use of Time of Taking Leave Clause in Contracts

Time of Taking Leave. i). When an employee becomes entitled pursuant to this Part of the Agreement to long service leave such leave shall be granted by the employer as soon as practicable having regard to the needs of his/her establishment or subject to paragraph (c) hereof at such time or times as may be agreed between the employer and the employee.

Time of Taking Leave. i). 5.1.1 When an employee becomes entitled pursuant to this Part of the Agreement to long service leave such leave shall be granted by the employer as soon as practicable having regard to the needs of his/her establishment or subject to paragraph (c) 5.3 hereof at such time or times as may be agreed between the employer and the employee.

Time of Taking Leave. i). 5.1.1 When an employee becomes entitled pursuant to this Part of the Agreement Appendix to long service leave such leave shall be granted by the employer Company as soon as practicable having regard to the needs of his/her establishment or subject to paragraph (c) 5.3 hereof at such time or times as may be agreed between the employer Company and the employee.

Time of Taking Leave. i). 30.5.1(a) When an employee becomes entitled pursuant to this Part of the Agreement award to long service leave such leave shall be granted by the employer as soon as practicable having regard to the needs of his/her establishment the establishment, or subject to paragraph (c) hereof 30.5.2 hereof, at such time or times as may be agreed between the employer and the employee.
