Time of Taking Annual Leave. 7.1.4.1 Annual Leave is to be taken at a time or times agreed between the employer and the employee.

Where an employee has extensive accumulated annual leave of more than 8 weeks, Qantas may direct the employee to take an amount of annual leave that is less than or equal to ¼ of the amount of credited annual leave of the employee at the time the direction is given.
Time of Taking Annual Leave. 45.2.1 Annual leave shall be taken at a time determined by agreement between the Hospital and the Doctor.
