Common use of Time of Issuance Clause in Contracts

Time of Issuance. COMPANY shall issue written purchase orders for Products to DPT at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the requested delivery dates if the requirements are at or below one hundred twenty-five percent (125%) of the applicable Forecasted Needs, and at least one hundred fifty (150) days prior to the requested delivery dates if the requirements exceed the Forecasted Needs by more than one hundred twenty-five percent (125%).
